I am a stay at home mom to two boys and basketball is our life! Most weeknights and weekends you can find me on a court with a latte in one hand and camera in the other!
We first got started with a more holistic approach to health when my boys were babies. The more I learned, the more I realized how toxic the products we use on our bodies and around are homes are. As a mom, I wanted to change that and empower others to do the same.
