I’M AN OILER TOO! This is my daily routine:
Roller-top bottle with equal parts vetiver, lavender, and cedarwood essential oils for keeping me calm and focused in class
Owie essential oil for when I fall off my bicycle
Bedding Sleep Spray – 5 drops Sleepyize essential oil blend in a 2 oz. glass or metal spray bottle filled with water.
Mist over pillows and bedding.
2 drops Thieves essential oil on each foot to boost my immune system
2 oz. Ningxia Red
Hair Detangler: natural hair gel or leave-in conditioner
+3 drops lavender + 3 drops orange essential oils
Homework: Diffuse Clarity essential oil
Bedtime: Diffuse Peace & Calming essential oil
PanAway essential oil on each knee
Brain Power essential oil on my brainstem (back of neck) before meetings
Dad’s Afternoon Taxi:
Spray towards back seat to keep the little ones on their best behavior during dad’s taxi service. 2 drops each – Roman chamomile, cedarwood, and tangerine essential oils in 2 oz. water in metal spray bottle.
Evening: Deep Relief and Valor essential oils on my shoulders and back for soothing comfort.
1 drop of lemon vitality essential oil in a glass of water
Moisturizer with added lavender, sandalwood, and frankincense
essential oils to slow signs of aging
Stress Away essential oil for a calming moment – inhaled straight from the bottle
1 drop Joy oil blend over heart chakra while saying, “My heart is peaceful, my heart is healing, my heart is patient.”
3 drops lavender oil on bottom of each foot to promote restful sleep
