Welcome to the 3rd piece of our FIVE part series on:

IPA’s you should be doing every day and HOW to do them

Welcome to the 4th of our FIVE part series on “IPA’S you should be doing every day and HOW to do them. If you missed parts one, two & three check them out! Today we are talking all about Value!
Adding value is the cornerstone of any business and without it, you will come out as a salesperson, completely pushy, and eventually, your business will run flat.

We love this quote by Hal Elrod:
When you live your life in alignment with a purpose that is centered on selflessly adding value for others, opportunities become abundant and your life becomes fulfilled. -Hal Elrod

scroll on down for ways you can apply this to your oily business. 👇🏻

Mindset

When it comes to adding value it all starts with mindset.  It’s a switch in our perspective from “what can I get out of this?” to “what can I give?” Which can seem counterintuitive when operating a business because well let’s be honest we are here to make money. BUT when we had enough value the money will come and it will become far more about money because it will be attached to a purpose far bigger than yourself.

So how can you GROW your mindset and get out of the box that you may be in when it comes to running a business?

What are some limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck?

How Do you add Value?

So how do you add value in your Oily Business?

My answer: IN EVERY WAY
Thinking how can I constantly add value to my readers, my members, and my prospects. Some ideas of this are:
Instead of just posting a graphic – Give benefits, DIY’S, Tips, educational piece, or testimonial.
Instead of just throwing up content – Speak specifically to your target audience and post content that they would want to see. Don’t just post to post – be intentional and add value to the people who see it.
instead of just following a script or just posting classes – Personalize them, add is special details, get creative, go the extra mile.
Instead of waiting for members to contact you – Reach out to them, check-in, give tips for the oils they ordered from you, let them know about new promos, and show them ways to hit their ER.
Instead of prospecting with the hope to get a new client – reach out to people with value instead of sales. Instead of “I have some oils I think you would like them” Try ” I noticed you talking about trouble with sleep I wanted to give you this sample of my favorite sleep oils to see if it might help.”
Instead of being silent during the month with prospects & members – Be diligent about sending your monthly newsletter, sending emails through your CRM, and being on top of your social media.
Instead of letting your team work on their own – step in and lead your group and help them achieve their goals and pursue their dreams.

I hope this helped and you’re ready to get on the value train. Your EOL tools are designed to help you add value so make sure you take advantage of those.

Happy value adding friends – Go & Grow
